1. Free Trial

1.1 7-Day Free Trial

Every new Breezee.tv account includes a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during this period. A valid payment method (via Stripe or PayPal) is required at signup to activate the trial, but your card or account is not charged until the trial ends.

 

1.2 Auto-Conversion to Paid Plan

At the end of your 7-day free trial, your account automatically converts to your selected paid Subscription Plan and your payment method is charged. You will receive a reminder email at least 24 hours before your trial expires.

 

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for your first billing period. No exceptions are made for missed cancellations after the trial has converted to a paid plan.

 

1.3 How to Cancel During Your Trial

To cancel during your free trial with no charge:

  • Log in to your account dashboard and select Cancel Subscription, OR
  • Email support@breezee.tv before your 7-day trial period expires.

 

Your account will remain active until day 7 and then deactivate automatically. You will not be charged.

 

1.4 One Free Trial Per Customer

The free trial is available to new Breezee.tv customers only. It is limited to one trial per person, per business entity, per email address, and per payment method. Breezee.tv reserves the right to deny trial access or suspend accounts where abuse is detected, including repeated signups using different email addresses or payment methods by the same individual or business. Accounts found abusing the free trial may be permanently suspended.

 

2. Standard Monthly and Annual Plans

2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All standard Subscription Plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 30 calendar days of your account creation date.

 

Your refund window is 30 calendar days from the date you created your account — not from the date your free trial ended, and not from the date of your first charge. Example: account created March 1 → refund window closes March 31.

 

2.2 What the Guarantee Covers

  • Your first subscription payment (monthly or annual);
  • All standard plans at the published price listed on the Breezee.tv website at the time of signup.

 

2.3 What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

  • Any payment made after the first 30 days from account creation;
  • Subsequent billing cycles on a monthly plan;
  • Accounts that have already received a Breezee.tv refund under this or any other offer;
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of the Terms of Service;
  • Accounts where free trial or refund policy abuse has been identified.

 

2.4 How to Request a Refund

Email billing@breezee.tv with the subject line “Refund Request”. Include your account email address and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

 

2.5 Cancellation

You may cancel a standard monthly or annual plan at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and your access to the Service remains active until then. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period once the 30-day window has passed.

 

3. Special Pricing and 12-Month Contracts

3.1 What Qualifies as a Contract

A 12-month contract applies when you have a written agreement with Breezee.tv for special or discounted pricing. This includes:

  • Property management companies or enterprise customers managing multiple properties under a negotiated rate;
  • Annual plans offered at a discount from standard published pricing;
  • Any deal or pricing agreed in writing via a signed quote, order form, or contract;
  • Outbound deals arranged through a Breezee.tv sales representative or business development contact.

 

If you are unsure whether your plan is a contract, check your signup confirmation or the agreement document from your Breezee.tv sales contact. If still unsure, email billing@breezee.tv.

 

3.2 30-Day Cancellation Window on Contracts

Even on a 12-month contract, you have a 30-day cancellation window from your account creation date. If you cancel within this window, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid, including any upfront or annual payment made at signing.

 

The 30-day window starts from the date your account was created — the same rule as standard plans. The 7-day free trial period counts toward this 30-day window.

 

3.3 After the 30-Day Window: Contract is Binding

Once the 30-day window has passed, your 12-month contract is in full effect. The discounted pricing you received reflects your commitment to the full term. After this point:

  • You are obligated to fulfill all payments due within the 12-month term;
  • No refunds are issued for payments made after the 30-day window;
  • Requests for early termination during the initial 12-month term will not be accepted as of right.

 

Contracts are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Once the 30-day cancellation window has closed, that commitment must be honored in full.

 

3.4 After the 12-Month Term Ends

At the end of the 12-month term, your subscription automatically converts to a month-to-month plan at the then-current standard pricing, unless you and Breezee.tv agree in writing to renew under new contract terms. The month-to-month plan can be cancelled at any time with no penalty via your account dashboard or by emailing billing@breezee.tv.

 

3.5 Early Exit Requests After 30 Days

Breezee.tv will consider early exit requests after the 30-day window on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. There is no guaranteed right to early exit. Any agreed early termination will be confirmed in writing. In practice, the most likely outcome is conversion to month-to-month billing for the remainder of the term rather than outright cancellation.

 

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, Breezee.tv processes the refund within 10 business days. After processing, allow additional time for your payment provider:

  • Stripe: typically 5–10 additional business days to appear on your statement;
  • PayPal: typically 3–5 additional business days to reflect in your account.

 

In total, you should see your refund within 14 business days of approval in most cases. If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, email billing@breezee.tv with your transaction reference number.

 

4.2 Refund Method

All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase — either your Stripe-linked card or your PayPal account. Breezee.tv does not issue refunds by check, wire transfer, bank transfer, store credit, or any other method.

 

4.3 Currency

All charges and refunds are in US Dollars (USD). Breezee.tv is not responsible for foreign exchange differences, conversion fees, or currency fluctuations between the original charge date and the refund date.

 

5. Third-Party Platform Changes and Service Interruptions

5.1 Streaming Platform and Device Updates

Breezee.tv’s functionality depends on streaming applications (such as Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu) and the Fire TV operating system. From time to time, a streaming service or device manufacturer may release updates that temporarily or permanently affect how the Service operates.

 

Breezee.tv will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore affected functionality as quickly as possible. However, service interruptions caused by third-party platform updates, Fire TV firmware changes, or streaming provider policy changes are outside Breezee.tv’s control. No refunds, billing adjustments, or service credits will be issued as a result of such third-party changes.

 

This applies equally to standard plans and 12-month contracts. Third-party platform changes are not grounds for refund, billing adjustment, or early contract termination.

 

5.2 Scheduled Maintenance

Breezee.tv may occasionally conduct scheduled maintenance resulting in temporary service unavailability. Where possible, advance notice will be provided. Scheduled maintenance does not qualify for refunds or billing adjustments.

 

6. Refund Policy Abuse

Breezee.tv reserves the right to deny refund requests, suspend accounts, or permanently ban customers from the Service in any of the following circumstances:

  • A refund has already been issued to the same customer, email address, business entity, or payment method under any Breezee.tv refund program;
  • The free trial has been used more than once by the same individual or entity through different accounts;
  • The account has been suspended or terminated for violation of the Breezee.tv Terms of Service;
  • Breezee.tv has reasonable grounds to believe the account was created in bad faith or primarily to obtain a refund;
  • A chargeback or payment dispute has been filed with Stripe, PayPal, or a card issuer for the same charge before contacting Breezee.tv directly.

 

Customers who initiate a chargeback without first contacting Breezee.tv may be immediately suspended and will forfeit eligibility for a goodwill refund. Breezee.tv will respond to all chargebacks with full transaction documentation.

 

7. Changes to This Policy

Breezee.tv may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date. For customers on active subscriptions, material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a policy change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
