Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 7, 2026

Last Updated: March 7, 2026

Breezee.tv is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. This policy applies globally, including to users in the European Union (EEA), United Kingdom, and California, USA.

1. Who We Are

Breezee.tv (“Breezee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Breezee.tv software platform for vacation rental and hospitality property managers. Our platform enables property owners and managers to automatically manage streaming application sessions on supported streaming devices within their properties. The Service currently supports Amazon Fire TV devices, with Roku and Apple TV support planned for future releases. Breezee is a streaming TV software service only — we do not provide smart home, smart lock, Bluetooth, NFC, or any other non-TV device management services.

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, Breezee.tv acts as the Data Controller for personal data collected through our website and platform. Our primary contact for privacy matters is: privacy@breezee.tv.

Note to EU/UK Users: Breezee.tv is a US-based company. EU and UK residents may direct all privacy inquiries, data subject requests, and GDPR-related questions directly to our privacy team at privacy@breezee.tv. We respond to all requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
